Welcome to Query Fast! By accessing or using our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use Query Fast.

  • Official Name: Query Fast
  • Acceptance of Terms: Users must explicitly agree to these Terms and Conditions during registration.
  • Eligibility: Users must be at least 18 years old to register and use Query Fast.

2. Definitions

  • Service: Query Fast and all functionalities it provides.
  • User: Any individual or organization using Query Fast.
  • Organization: A registered group or entity in Query Fast.
  • Content: Any data, queries, or outputs generated by the service.

3. Service Description

Query Fast is a tool that allows users to query their databases using natural language through a simple, intuitive chat interface.

3.1. Limitations

  • Query Fast is currently limited to PostgreSQL-compatible databases.
  • Query Fast does not verify the accuracy or completeness of user-provided database credentials or queries.
  • Query Fast may generate "incorrect queries" due to the nature of natural language processing, and users must verify queries before execution.
  • To minimize potential risks, Query Fast recommends connecting to a read replica of the database instead of the primary database. This helps protect the integrity and availability of the primary database during query operations and eliminates the risk of data loss and manipulation.

4. User Accounts

4.1. Account Security

  • Query Fast does not use passwords. Instead, users log in via magic links sent to their registered email addresses.
  • Users are responsible for ensuring the security of their email accounts, as access to their Query Fast account is tied to their email.
  • Accounts are for individual use only and cannot be shared.
  • Organization admins can invite multiple users to share access within the organization, but personal credentials (e.g., email accounts) must not be shared.

4.2. Account Termination

  • Users can terminate their accounts by contacting support at support@query-fast.com.
  • Query Fast may terminate or suspend a user's account for the following reasons:
    • Violation of the Terms and Conditions.
    • Unauthorized, fraudulent, or malicious use of the service.
    • Non-compliance with applicable laws or regulations.
    • Requests from law enforcement or other regulatory authorities.
  • Upon termination, user data will be retained or deleted in accordance with the data retention policy. Sensitive data, such as database credentials, will be deleted immediately unless required for compliance with legal obligations.

5. User Responsibilities and Acceptable Use

5.1. Permitted Activities

  • Users may use Query Fast to generate and execute SQL queries for legitimate business purposes.
  • Users may access and query only databases for which they have proper authorization.
  • Users may share generated query outputs internally within their organization, as permitted by their organization’s policies.

5.2. Prohibited Activities

  • Users may not attempt to reverse engineer Query Fast or any of its components.
  • Users may not use Query Fast to access databases or data without proper authorization.
